Chainlodge is a real estate investment vehicle developing a riverfront data center campus in Okanogan, Washington. The facility — already operational as an active computing site — offers 5+ MW of available power with expansion potential through utility partnerships, industrial-zoned riverfront property, and a cooler Pacific Northwest climate ideal for energy-intensive workloads.

SproutVest founder Erick Watson joined the venture as Co-Founder & CFO, taking ownership of product design, investor positioning, and the development of a bilingual (English/Chinese) investor outreach strategy targeting family offices, growth funds, and EB-5 visa platforms.
